FROM MARKETING  TO TECH AND VIDEOGAME

My transition into the tech and videogaming field began with my first hands-on experience with immersive technologies through personal projects. That’s how I became involved in tech development and built the foundational knowledge needed to understand the pipelines behind creative tech initiatives, skills that proved essential when taking on my next challenge: managing a videogame and multimedia team.

Frame 3 Studio recognized in me the capabilities needed for this role and gave me the opportunity to grow within the field.

MOVING TO CORPORATE

Over the years, the skillset I built helped me transition into a corporate environment, where I had the opportunity to collaborate as a Creative Coordinator for a Marketing team at Deloitte.

Although both industries operated in agile environments, our focus at Deloitte was centered on building a collaborative culture and empowering the team. Our main goal was fostering a mindset that allowed us to solve problems and meet needs together, leveraging each person’s unique talent and knowledge.

IN 2025

I now have experience leading cross-functional teams and managing key project responsibilities such as:

✔ Promoting the company at industry events
✔ Estimating resources, and reporting on KPIs
✔ Identifying and removing roadblocks to ensure smooth workflows
✔ Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to align goals and ensure successful product delivery.

With my Scrum Master certification, Frame 3 Studio entrusted me with applying my Agile expertise, adding responsibilities such as leading Sprint Planning and facilitating Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and backlog refinement.

Additionally, through my Agile Team Facilitation certification, Deloitte gave me the opportunity to implement advanced Agile practices such as:

✔ Coaching team members on Agile methodologies
✔ Guiding conflict resolution with empathy and clarity
✔ Fostering a collaborative culture and empowering the team
✔ Leading retrospectives and creative collaboration sessions
✔ Prioritizing collaboration over negotiation
✔ Providing immediate and continuous feedback

Project Manager for Sibo 

Take the lead of scrum teams as Project manager of Metaverse / Videogames project  Principal functions:​

  • Supervise multidisciplinary team (devs, designers, animators, tech lead 6-8 people)

  • Meet deadlines, resource estimation, reporting KPI's and accountability 

  • Client: The Sandbox

Project Manager for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 

Collaboration for Fair Play Labs:​

  • Frame 3 studio collaborated with the lineart and cutscene animation 

  • 2 artist / 4 months of execution.

  • Meet deathlines, stakeholders communication, schedule coordination.
